What to taste at the 2026 St. Martin Gastronomy Festival
Coconut takes the spotlight from November 11 to 22. Here’s how to choose between a tasting on the Marigot waterfront, a barbecue competition and a hands-on cooking session.

Follow one ingredient
Make coconut your tasting theme at the festival’s sixth edition. When you spot it on a menu, ask the cook which part of the fruit they used. Compare the way coconut milk brings a sauce together with the texture grated coconut gives a dessert. It’s a good conversation starter even if you only have time for two stops.
Choose your day in Marigot
The Gastronomy Village takes over the Marigot waterfront on Friday and Saturday, November 13 and 14, from noon to midnight. Admission is €5 per day. If barbecue is your priority, head to Rue de la République on Sunday, November 15, for the competition. Entry is free with a reservation.
Take a technique home
Look up the adult cooking classes, children’s sessions and Sip & Cook in the official program. Pick the experience you want first, then check the session time, how many guests the price covers and whether places are still available before booking.
